Have you tried THE HOG™ yet?

I have really enjoyed introducing The Hog™ to classes this term. We have been implementing lots of creative content over the course of a few weeks.  I have done the training to be a Certified Teacher for The Hog™ which is a multi-functional, hedgehog shaped piece of EVA foam, constructed with a flat surface and a domed top lined with pyramid shaped “prickles”. It’s firm, yet flexible contours will allow a variety of positioning to encourage mobility and the release of tension.
