New Post Natal Pilates Recovery Course – Starting 7th January 2020
Bringing your baby with you to class means no stress having to find a sitter and sneak out between feeds. You can feel comfortable in a small group with other mums and babies. Feel free to feed, change or soothe your babies as necessary in an understanding environment.
6 WEEK COURSE – TUESDAYS 11AM-12PM*

Post natal recovery classes delivered by an experienced Level 3 Pilates
Instructor qualified in pre and post natal exercise, designed with mums in mind to regain core strength and pelvic floor control following the demands of pregnancy, labour and childbirth. You will improve and realign your posture and increase your energy levels, strengthen weakened muscle groups and start to regain your pre-pregnancy figure.
You will receive you own detailed session plan so that you can work confidently on the exercises at home between your classes.
You can bring your baby to the class and feel comfortable to breastfeed. A fantastic opportunity to meet other new mums and babies in a small, focused teaching group to maximise your Pilates learning experience. You MUST have had your 6 week post natal check up from your GP (usually 8-10 weeks after C-Section).

This beautiful coffee house is just next door to the class venue and is a great space to meet with friends for a coffee and a cake! They are very family friendly and there’s loads of space for prams.
*The first class runs until 12.30pm allowing an extra 30 mins for introductions and settling in.
