New Post Natal Pilates Recovery Course Dates!! Starting 23rd April 2019

Bringing your baby with you to class means no stress having to find a sitter and sneak out between feeds.  You can feel comfortable in a small group with other mums and babies.  Feel free to feed, change or soothe your babies as necessary in an understanding environment.

COURSE DATES: 23rd April 2019 – 21st May 2019

Post natal recovery classes delivered by an experienced Level 3 Pilates
Instructor qualified in pre and post natal exercise, designed with mums in mind to regain core strength and pelvic floor control following the demands of pregnancy, labour and childbirth. You will improve and realign your posture and increase your energy levels, strengthen weakened muscle groups and start to regain your pre-pregnancy figure.

You can bring your baby to the class and feel comfortable to breastfeed.  A fantastic opportunity to meet other new mums and babies in a small, focused teaching group to maximise your Pilates learning experience.  You MUST have had your 6 week post natal check up from your GP (usually 8-10 weeks after C-Section).

Free parking at venue.  Booking essential.
Limited numbers – maximum 10 places.
Course Fee £45 payable in advance.

*The first class runs until 12.30pm allowing an extra 30 mins for introductions and settling in.

** Please note on this occasion only, the course runs for only 5 weeks, not the usual 6 due to the dates of the Easter Holidays.  This ensures that the sessions are all in term time.  Weeks 2-5 are extended by 15 minutes to compensate.
