What’s not to love? Let’s combine the Pilates principles with the fun and challenge of the Paddleboard!

I’m excited to share the news of an exciting collaboration with Second Life Outdoors to bring you Paddleboard Pilates at Wyresdale Park in Scorton.  A beautiful, hidden lake giving sheltered conditions. This is an idyllic spot for paddleboarding. You can also visit the amazing Applestore Cafe at Wyresdale Park for refreshments after your session.

You will have everything you need provided for you including a wetsuit if required. We will be trialling some sessions, which so far have been AMAZING!  The Hire Centre also offers regular Paddleboard hire which can be pre-booked online through Second Life Outdoors.
