Welcome to your Jen Benson Pilates Members Area. I’m looking forward to supporting you on your Pilates journey and giving you access to a huge variety of workouts so that you can do them in your own time, on demand!

Refresh your skills with the Intro videos where we look at Pilates Set Up and a reminder of the postural fundamentals you need to get the most out of your Pilates workouts. Then access the Classes, Bitesize Workouts and Tutorials as you need them by simply navigating the categories. The most recent video added will always show at the top of the list.

The Classes are about 45 minutes and the Bitesize sessions vary from as little as 7-20 minutes which is great if you don’t have time for a full class. The shorter workouts have a theme and focus on different parts of the body so you can choose anything from Core Strength to Stretch & Flow. A fantastic way of fitting in a functional workout into your lunchbreak or perhaps a morning mobiliser session to start your day.

The Tutorials are mini workouts and lessons combined. We take a particular Pilates exercise, break it down and look at the learning points along the way. This will help you to improve your technique and be as effective as possible, not to mention reducing the risk of injury.
