Starting 23rd April 2019<\/p>\n<p>Bringing your baby with you to class means no stress having to find a sitter and sneak out between feeds.\u00a0 You can feel comfortable in a small group with other mums and babies.\u00a0 Feel free to feed, change or soothe your babies as necessary in an understanding environment.<\/p>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"36\" data-lineheight=\"48\">6 WEEK COURSE \u2013 TUESDAYS 11AM-12PM*<\/h3>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"36\" data-lineheight=\"48\"><b>COURSE DATES<\/b>: 23rd April 2019 &#8211; 21st May 2019<\/h3>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"36\" data-lineheight=\"48\"><b>VENUE<\/b>: ST. AIDAN\u2019S CHURCH HALL, BAMBER BRIDGE<\/h3>\n<p>Post natal recovery classes delivered by an experienced Level 3 Pilates<br \/>\nInstructor qualified in pre and post natal exercise, designed with mums in mind to regain core strength and pelvic floor control following the demands of pregnancy, labour and childbirth.
