AIDAN\u2019S CHURCH HALL, BAMBER BRIDGE<\/h3>\n<p>Post natal recovery classes delivered by an experienced Level 3 Pilates<br \/>\nInstructor qualified in pre and post natal exercise, designed with mums in mind to regain core strength and pelvic floor control following the demands of pregnancy, labour and childbirth.
